![]() ![]() Delete auto-replies (both sent and received), then calendar invites/acceptances/denials/etc. In terms of getting him to delete things, the way I do it with my reticent staff members is start with small and easy things. If he's a laptop user then allow him to save the PSTs to his local hard drive but ensure that the files are backed up elsewhere regularly.
